I. Event Booking Application/Quote
Use our Online Booking/Quote Application to submit your event details. Using
the information provided, a contract is created within 24-hours which will then be emailed
to you, using the email address provided on the application. The pricing quoted
via the contract will be honored for 48-hours after we email it to you. However,
the services ordered are NOT reserved for you or your event until such time that we have
received the signed and executed contract back, and the deposit has been charged on the provided
credit card. It is very imporant that you understand this!

it on your system. After we recieve your booking application, we use the information provided to
produce a booking contract. It is on this contract where you provide your credit card details. After

II. Online Music Catalog
Our online music catalog lets you search for your favorite music to be played at
your event. You can search by keywords, browse by genres/artists/songs, and
print song listings at your leisure. As a Registered
Client, you can also build custom playlists, make special song requests for your event, and
attach special instructions or dedications to songs. You can also plan the music for
your entire event and save your lists to work on them later.

III. Online Wedding Planner
The Online Wedding Planner form is primarily used by our clients who have already made a
reservation with us. It is most useful in those cases where the client has decided
to not take advantage of our in-person consultation services or is ordering our services from
a remote location and therefore meeting in person is not practical.
