I. About Our Professional Wedding DJ Services
Wonderful memories are created when you match talent with the experience of professional wedding
dj. Your wedding is the most important day in your life. An experience wedding dj will help
insure that your reception goes as smoothly as possible. Providing excellent wedding dj and lighting
services at weddings are our specialty! After over 10 years of performing weddings, we have the
experience it takes to make sure your wedding is as perfect a day as possible, conducted to your exact
specifications! If you are looking for 'formal' or 'absolute party', we've got what you
need. There are NO HIDDEN extra fees for travel or other costs; we make it easy and
offer only ONE wedding package--with dance floor lighting included.
II. A Professional Wedding DJ is the "GLUE" at a Perfect Wedding
It just doesn't make sense to hire Uncle Dan or a "Nightclub" DJ when you can hire a truly
professional wedding DJ at a very reasonable price! These kind of DJs don't know the format of a wedding like
we do, and most often than not, are too shy to actually speak into a microphone. We work closely with your wedding
coordinator, facility manager, photographer and videographer to coordinate each of the events, allowing you to relax and enjoy
your wedding reception. Although not always necessary (more in section III), we will be happy to meet with you before
the wedding to help coordinate all the details of the reception and discuss every detail of your wedding and the order of
events. We are available by email and phone as well, when you have questions about the planning of your wedding.
III. Our Online Tools make Planning a Snap!
For the ultimate in convenience, we use modern web technologies to help you plan your
wedding. We spent more than 2-years developing and fine-tuning our online planning tools; these tools are so
sophisticated, that there is usually NO need to ever meet in person (saving even more money and time). As a
result, we routinely perform wedding for couples that fly in from all over the world!
Also, in most cases, your wedding consultant will not need to provide the "cues" to the wedding DJ, possible saving you
money as a result (less for the coordinator to worry about). Our system contains both a WEDDING PLANNER
and PLAYLIST BUILDER, each of which is designed to help you organize traditional standard wedding events information and maintain constant communication with us. Our extensive wedding planner and
wedding dj playlist builder are unmatched by any other DJ services company. They not only allow you to document the entire
wedding process, but also provide us with timely information in which we use to customize your wedding. Best of all,
whether you are planning your wedding at home or elsewhere, these productivity tools are accessible online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
IV. Pricing
We offer our professional wedding DJ services at a flat rate of $850.00 for a maximum of 7-hours actual onsite
play time. That is, regardless of the total number of hours we are hosting your wedding reception, our rate is the same for 4-hours as it is for
7-hours (overtime billed at $100.00 per hour). Given the extent of our service offerings and the amount of preparation required
(we spend anywhere from 20 to 40 hours just preparing for your event).
V. Extras
For your convenience, we also offer the following additional services at nominal additional fees:
- Ceremony Services--$175.00
This is normally required if the ceremony is in a different room than the
reception. It is not feasible for the wedding DJ to tear down all of the gear used for the
ceremony and tote it to the reception and set it all up again. Not only does this take time,
(which would mean there would be no music for the cocktail hour), but the DJ is already in full dress, so
moving the system is just very inpracticle, if not impossible.
As well, this sound system will ensure that the music playback is excellent and your guests to be able
to actually hear the officient AND your vows. Often, the sound system provided by the facility
is of sub-standard quality and MORE expensive than renting from us to boot! At
only $175.00, our price is very inexpensive (just ask the facility how
much THEY would charge for the exact same gear/service). We use nothing but the very finest
sounding & well-maintained equipment, AND will run the CD players on cue for the different segments of
the wedding ceremony. The Ceremony Services package includes the following:
- A complete 2nd DJ sound system, with dual CD player, or iPod player/mixer
- High quality wireless microphone & stand for the officient
- Properly attired wedding DJ to play the music on cue
- bride/groom (lapel and/or handheld)
- Karaoke Services--$100.00
Our Karaoke Services includes the following:
- Very high-quality Professional Karaoke player and lyrics monitor
- Two professional wireless microphones, with reverb and echo
- Selection from among 1000s of popular songs
- Ambient/Lighting Services--Consultation Required
We are experts at ambient/uplighting, a fantastic addition to any
wedding. Many clients have added ambient/uplighting lighting services to their wedding and
loved the outcome. Includes the following:
- Consultation with Lighting Designer (LD)
- As many uplights, centerpiece lights, and other specialty lights as necessary
- LD will handle all aspects of the overall design and electrical requirements
- Selection from 2 gel colors of your choice
